Product Description

The Copper PCB Spacer 45mm M/F is a metal hexagonal standoff designed for mounting and spacing printed circuit boards, electronic modules, and other components inside enclosures or multi-level assemblies. Its male-to-female configuration allows one PCB or mounting surface to be fixed directly to the spacer while another board can be attached to the opposite threaded end.

The spacer uses an M3 × 45mm main body with an additional 6mm threaded section, providing a practical 45mm separation between mounting surfaces. The hexagonal body makes the spacer easy to hold and tighten during assembly and helps maintain a consistent mechanical gap between PCBs.

Made from copper/brass, the spacer provides a rigid mechanical connection while also offering the electrical and thermal characteristics associated with metal hardware. This makes it suitable for electronics assemblies where a stronger and more durable mounting solution is preferred over plastic standoffs.

The male/female configuration is particularly useful when building stacked PCB assemblies.
